Boat is located in: Thornton, Colorado
For Sale: 2013 Sun Tracker 20 ft pontoon boat.
Trailer included.
Equipment: 60 HP mercury outboard 4 stroke (BigFoot edition) It has a trolling plate on the motor- automatically comes up when you get up to speed after 5 mph.
Bigfoot- one of the most important features of the Mercury FourStroke 60 Big Foot is its four-cylinder powerhead, instead of the three cylinders now favored by Honda and Suzuki for their four-stroke 60s.
Theres simply no comparison between three and four cylinders, and the lack of vibration across the entire rpm range makes the 60hp Bigfoot a much more pleasant engine to use on a daily basis.
Very quiet and smooth engine.
Has a nice stereo system with a CD Player.
This boat is set up specifically for fishing.
It isn't powerful enough to pull skiers or tubes really.
Has lots of fishing pole holders. has 2 live wells, a fish finder that came standard with the boat.
The trailer has new upgraded tires.
By upgraded I mean the original tires were at maximum load capacity.
I had a small leak on one so when I got new ones I got the next higher load carrying capacity tires, I believe 300 extra pounds per tire.
The trailer has hydraulic brakes, on a single axle.
The motor has always fired right up, never had any trouble with it.
I have had the boat 3 years myself.
I have two covers for it.
The original for winter storage which I had ALL the seams resown as one seam split during a heavy snow storm. so it's like new.
I also got a light duty cover that I use during the summer.
I have it propped up so I can get into the boat if I want and just hang out, or make improvements to various things.
I also made a small kitchenette that sits behind the drivers seat which was basically dead space.
It is fairly weather proof and has a propane stove and a couple cooking pans.
You can cook a hot meal on the water !!!!
I made a custom rod holder out of aluminum that holds a couple rods as well as a 3 piece PVC frame work that allows a tarp to cover the front portion of the boat etc etc, You'd have to see it to get the picture.
I am also including all my fishing gear, lead core rod/ reel with line counter, trolling reel & pole with line counter, bait casting rod & reel, all these are new within the last 2 years. a few other basic rods & reels, probably 500 lures-spinners of all sorts, gazillion pieces of terminal tackle & weights, swivels of all sorts, clamp on weights for trolling.
Bimini top, lots of mooring lines and ropes.
The trailer has 2 upright guides on each side which makes for very easy loading, especially in windy conditions.
I just recently decided to sell it, so I haven't detailed it yet- fyi.
Top speed in Denver area 15-16 mph, In the mountains (Dillon, Green Mountain Res etc about 12mph)
